Invented by Ruth, who happens to love tropical drinks and thinks this is the best tropical cocktail ever.

Ingredients:
  • 1 can orange/pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Roses Lime Juice
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Amaretto
  • 1/2 tsp grenadine
  • Ginger Ale
  • Spiced Rum
Directions:
  • To make a pitcher add 2 1/2 cans of water to pineapple/orange juice.
  • Microwave the remaining 1/2 can water and sugar in a microwavable container for about 70 seconds.
  • Stir in coconut milk & amaretto to dissolve. Pour syrup into juice. Add Roses Lime, lemon juice & grenadine.
  • For each 8 oz cocktail, add a dash of ginger ale over ice and spiced rum to preference. Fill with Tropic Rocket Juice.
