- 40ml Stolichnaya vodka
- 4 medium strawberries
- 20ml strawberry liqueur
- 12.5ml single cream
- syrop de gomme
- Muddle 3 strawberries with some gomme syrop, add vodka & liqueur, shake & double strain into a martini glass, float cream on top to cover, garnish with a full strawberry on edge of glass, & serve.
